Top 10 Ways to Get Out of A Rut
 
1. Exercise – it always makes you feel better and clears your mind.
2. Re-commit to reading the Word of God every day. It renews your mind and keeps you on the right track.
3. Make a list of the things you are thankful for. You can’t be discouraged and thankful at the same time!
4. Do something different. If you are stuck in a rut, do something out of the ordinary today.
5. Listen to something that inspires you – a song, a sermon…
6. Pray –ask God to help you keep the right perspective on life, people, circumstances.
7. Do something nice for someone else. It gets your mind off of YOU.
8. Go do something fun with a friend, a friend that makes you laugh.
9. Watch a funny movie, or comedy video. May I recommend Tim Hawkins, he is totally awesome.
10. Go Shopping – shopping always makes you feel better!
